Ruby Wax appeared on BBC Radio 2 this week talking to Jeremy Vine as part of his "What makes us Human" Strand.

This is a chance for an individual audio essay and an interview. Ruby works tirelessly talking about her own mental health struggles and making more people aware of the need to look after what happens in our minds just as much as we look after what happens in our bodies.
