My thought for the day today..

Change takes time and effort. So on some days you might feel worse. Remember to celebrate your successes. Keep your goals in mind and stay optimistic.

As we eagerly await the new series of I'm a Celebrity get me out of Here 2014 with Ant and Dec rumours are flying around about who could be going into the jungle. The names in the frame range from magician Dynamo to Melanie Sykes, Alex Reid and even Tom Daley.

Another couple who have had their names in the frame for a while are Celebrity Therapists the Speakmans. I am not sure they will be going in and I have already written a little blog about why I don't think they will be making the trip to the jungle.
