world sleep day how can I sleep better hypnosis for insomnia

Have you woken up this morning with a spring in your step? Are you ready for the day ahead and looking forward to a glorious sunny weekend?
Or did you dread the alarm going off this morning?
Is your first thought that you can't wait to crawl back into bed?
A lack of sleep means that if you are suffering from insomnia you can end up spending more time thinking about how much sleep you want than actually having it. It can become a cycle that gets harder and harder for you to break. The thing to know is that even if you spend every night thinking you won't be able to sleep and then lie awake at night thinking you just cannot get back to sleep then you really can end that cycle.
How do I know? I know this because I was a terrible sleeper for years and years. I would lie awake tossing and turning and just knowing that I would not get to sleep. I also knew that I would wake in the middle of the night, (normally about 3am!) and then lie awake for hours. I also knew I would probably fall back into a deep sleep just before the alarm went off.
You may not be surprised to know that I solved the problem with hypnotherapy. I now sleep really really well. I actually fall asleep so easily that it means it takes me ages to get to the end of the book on the bedside table! Even if I am experiencing stres in my life I still sleep well.
When someone comes to see me about sleep problems they are often surprised by how quickly they start to sleep better. Often they come for their second appointment and tell me they are already sleeping better than they have in years...I tell them "We havent even really started yet". In fact the average number of sessions before they know they do not need me any more is just three!
You do not need to spend your life sleeping badly.. How would it feel if you could be sleeping better in just two or three weeks?
